To provide you with a 'taste worth travelling for' we source all of our meats, seafood and vegetables from selected regions around Australia and from different regions of India.
All our dishes followed by traditional recipe. We source ingredients from all over the Indian sub-continent and hands mix the perfect spice combination in our kitchen. We use an Indian charcoal fired tandoor to bake our breads, ensuring to present soft, traditionally baked bread every time.
